Our aim
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across this site, and to make it usable with a keyboard alone, with a screen reader, at high zoom levels, and with reduced motion enabled.
How this site is doing
We test this site against WCAG 2.2 level AA as we build it — with automated tools, by navigating it with a keyboard alone, and by checking colour contrast, zoom and reduced-motion behaviour. We have not had it independently audited, and we would not claim it is perfect. If we find something, we fix it.
Accessibility in the work we produce
When creating learning solutions and other products, we design for and build accessibility in from the ground up. We aim to meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 level AA. If you have specific requirements, please let us know.
Tell us about a problem
If you find something on this site you cannot use, please tell us — it is the fastest way for us to fix it. Email [email protected] and describe what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We aim to respond within five working days.
If the anti-spam check on our contact form stops you getting through, email us directly and we will pick it up.
If you need something on this site in a different format, ask and we will do our best to provide it.
