You've built an eLearning course for us, who owns the content?
If you have commissioned a bespoke learning solution or media asset, the content is yours.
Do you develop training for a specific LMS? Will your training course work on my LMS?
We don’t sell an LMS, so we build for any LMS. We’ll work with you to ensure the content we create works on your LMS.
How long does it take to develop a bespoke learning solution?
There are a lot of variables – duration and complexity first and foremost – and every project is different. On average our projects are completed in 10-12 weeks.
How much will this cost?
Every course and every customer is unique. We’ll take time to understand your business and your situation, and we’ll work with you to discover what we can do to get the best possible solution for your budget.
Will you adjust your prices or change the timeline mid-project?
We’ll give you clear pricing and timelines before you commit. You’ll know what it costs and you’ll have a clear picture of all of the deliverables. We won’t change the scope unless you change the scope, and we’ll work hard before we start the project to make sure that doesn’t happen.
What do you need to get started?
To begin with, we’ll need a conversation – or a series of conversations – as we work together to determine what form the learning solution will take. We’ll need access to any existing content and to subject matter experts. We’ll also need brand guidelines, if you have them.
Do you work with existing content, or only build from scratch?
If you have source files from previous or existing projects, we’re happy to work with them. If you don’t we’ll do our best to recreate the learning using the most appropriate tooling. We can also pick up and complete unfinished or abandoned projects.
Can you update the course later if the content changes?
Yes, updates and changes are possible though there will be a charge. Depending on requirements this could be as little as a single day’s work.
How do you ensure quality and that the course works properly?
The solutions we build are subject to rigorous testing and error checking. They must pass quality assurance and functional tests before we release them to you.
What happens after the project ends?
We'll be available when you deploy and test the solution. We want to make sure everything works as it should on your LMS, and we're here to offer support if it’s needed. After rollout we’ll also want to hear how effective the training solution has been!

We will not use AI on your project without your express consent. When we do use AI, your content and data are processed under strict commercial data protection agreements and, by default, never used to train AI models.
